climbing1 Imagine yourself taking your first step off the ground to attempt to complete a climb to the top of a 40 foot rock wall. This artificial climbing wall has enough space for four climbers to enjoy this challenge together. Our trained facilitators will carefully instruct you in climbing and belaying techniques, equipment care and use, knots, rope management, and more. For those wanting to learn more, our climbing wall is set up to allow facilitators to teach sport and even multi-pitch skills. Routes vary in difficulty to challenge more experienced climbers, and to give success to the newest of climbers.

Safety is our top priority and we pride ourselves in our expertly trained facilitators and state-of-the-art equipment. The ranch director is one of a very few select people in Missouri certified as a Single Pitch Instructor through the American Mountain Guides Association and as a Top Rope Guide through the Professional Climbing Guides Institute. Equipment is inspected daily prior to and after use, and is kept in excellent condition.

rapel2 Climbing Bluff

For those participants wanting to get a grip on real rock, a 25 foot bluff on property provides the perfect place to learn how to dance up the rock. With faces, cracks, corners and arêtes, there is a little something of everything for participants to enjoy. Routes range from 5.4-5.9 and provide a great challenge for most climbers.

Rappel Bluff

The ranch also has an overhanging rock bluff perfect for a thrilling 60 foot rappel.
